Our mission is to build camaraderie among collegiate women and provide the tools, resources, and personal and professional connections to help launch them into fulfilling internships and careers. We Mean Business but we are also focused on stewardship because we recognize the importance in cultivating the talents and gifts of other female business leaders.

 

While business may be our passion, we're MORE than just a club. 

 

This year, SWiB is setting out to redefine what it means to be a women in the business world. From personal development workshops to relationship advice, we aim to inspire women to be exceptional. 

 

Our new series, "Simon Women who Inspire", features several Amazing Simon alumni who know what it means to 'live their dreams'. Members will have the opportunity to network with alums and get a deeper understanding on what it takes to truly be inspirational.
